First thing's first, our next Sales Superstar needs to be happy to learn, get their hands dirty and support their colleagues. In an SME, it is crucial to collaborate across the business. If you're looking for a boiler room, regimented sales job at a company with thousands of employees, this unfortunately isn't the role for you.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a sales-led environment. However, if you're relatively early in your career, that is no problem at all. Realistically, like most jobs, you're able to absorb many of the requisite skills for your role, on the job.
That said, you could be the perfect person for this position if you have our ideal Sales Superstar characteristics and skills:
You're personable, confident and love developing client relationships (if you're phone shy, this is where we'll need to part ways)
You're willing to learn, adapt to new processes, and collaborate with colleagues (if you're long enough in the tooth that you're done with professional development, regrettably we're not for you)
You're proactive, can work independently and use your initiative
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You have experience working with a CRM System
