Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm through

in-person customer interactions

Engage potential customers in conversations to promote products or services and help guide them through the sign-up or sales process Participate in daily briefings, team meetings, and training sessions to continuously improve your product knowledge and sales techniques Work closely with your team to achieve individual and collective performance targets Maintain a positive and approachable attitude when interacting with the public Accurately record customer information and follow company compliance procedures

Qualifications

Strong people skills and the ability to confidently communicate with customers in-person A positive mindset and eagerness to learn new skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Resilience and ambitious Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is helpful but not essential
