The Opportunity:
We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Junior Salesperson to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to kick-start their sales career within a supportive and friendly company. You will play a vital role in identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships, and ultimately contributing to the growth of our consultancy business.
This role reports to the Head of Business Development.
About You:
A strong interest in sales and business development.
Excellent communication and people skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong desire to learn.
The ability to build rapport and establish relationships with individuals at all levels.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A positive attitude and a resilient nature.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with CRM systems (desirable but not essential).
A degree or equivalent qualification (desirable but not essential - relevant experience and a strong aptitude are also considered).
