About the Role...

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for hands-on work? KMS (Europe) Ltd is on the lookout for a motivated Installation Engineer to bring innovation to life across the UK. In this dynamic role, you'll travel to various sites to install state-of-the-art digital signage, media players, interactive touchscreens, TV displays, kiosks, and audio systems. Your mission? Ensure flawless installations and reliable maintenance while collaborating within a skilled team of two or more. Occasionally, you'll tackle independent projects where your expertise shines. Skills/Experience We Are Looking For:

Technical Expertise:

Basic installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of AV and digital signage equipment onsite.

Service Excellence:

Conduct routine service and maintenance visits for existing customers while promptly addressing equipment faults.

Team Collaboration:

Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver seamless service to all accounts.

Independent Work:

Confidently manage autonomous tasks at customer sites, ensuring top-quality results without direct supervision.

Travel Ready:

Flexibility to work away from home as required (with hotel and food allowances provided).

Strong Communication & Work Ethic:

Maintain professional conduct with a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Bonus Skills:

Experience in LED installation is a plus! Any AV sector experience is also valuable. If you thrive on hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
