About the Role

As a Junior SEO Executive, you'll support our SEO & PPC Executive and wider digital marketing team to deliver high-quality, search-optimised content and technical improvements across client websites. You'll play a key role in helping websites rank better, load faster, and convert more effectively. With the right mindset and training, you'll develop a solid foundation in modern SEO and digital marketing best practices.

What You'll Be Doing

Publishing and updating website and blog content using WordPress Reviewing and lightly editing on-site content for SEO and clarity Assisting with keyword research, on-page optimisation and content planning Helping track performance and reporting using GA4, Google Search Console, and other key tools Supporting in resolving technical SEO issues and identifying improvement opportunities Participating in internal and client meetings with clear communication and follow-up actions Working collaboratively with the SEO & PPC Executive and the wider agency team

What We're Looking For

? Some experience in a marketing, SEO, or content-related role (professional or personal projects)
? A basic understanding of SEO principles and why they matter
? Working knowledge of WordPress - you're confident updating and managing content
? Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
? Willingness to learn new tools and techniques in a fast-moving industry
? Familiarity with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, or Google Search Console is a bonus
? Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects
? A clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative team
? Must be able to commute to our office in Quedgeley (Gloucester)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,500.00 per year
