We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns and supporting our overall marketing strategy. This position is perfect for someone who is starting out in their marketing career and is passionate about marketing, content creation, and working in a technical environment.

The Package:

Hours of Work:

Full Time and permanent on site. Working Monday-Friday 36.5 hours a week (working a shorter day on Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Marketing Manager in completing agreed activities. Write and proofread marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, press releases and posters to ensure high-quality content. Support the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Creating and posting blog posts and articles on the company's website and social media pages. Managing the marketing database. Create email campaigns and review their effectiveness. Develop creative ideas for promotional campaigns and support their execution. Assist in content marketing strategy to produce articles, interviews, webinars, and videos. Coordinate the company's participation in a programme of conferences and exhibitions Carry out various administrative tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations. Liaise with external suppliers.

Requirements:

Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with content marketing and inbound marketing principles. Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask. Proven time management and prioritisation abilities. Good analytical and reporting skills with a basic understanding of SEO. Tech-savvy with experience in data management. Experience with website CMS (WordPress), Canva, Hootsuite is an advantage. A marketing degree/qualification or science qualification with marketing experience.
