A BRIEF SUMMARY



Our next-generation Production Hub housed in The Westworks building is a creative and technology leading media hub made up of production, post-production, and live studios.

We are looking for a motivated and technically-minded Junior Systems Integration Engineer to join our Broadcast Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting, maintaining, and deploying cutting-edge broadcast and media systems across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Whether you're a recent graduate or early in your career, this role offers strong development opportunities, mentoring from senior engineers, and exposure to a wide range of broadcast technologies and projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, getting stuck into technical builds, and isn't afraid to pick up a toolbox -- blending broadcast engineering with a hands-on, workshop-style approach.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR



Responsibilities



Assist with the integration and commissioning of broadcast systems, including video, audio, control, and networking equipment.

Support system upgrades, expansions, and migrations under the guidance of senior engineers.

Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure system availability and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project builds and live operations.

Maintain documentation and contribute to system schematics, configurations, and asset tracking.

Work across traditional SDI and IP-based broadcast workflows, gaining experience in emerging broadcast technologies.

Undertaking of minor broadcast technology projects.

Adhering to our company H&S policy and ensuring that all company risk assessments are observed where applicable to your role, taking ownership of improvements and escalating concerns where necessary.

Contribute to the continual improvement of our management systems to ensure compliance with our legal obligations and maintain certification.

A technical qualification (degree, HND, or equivalent) in Broadcast Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related discipline.

A keen interest in broadcast systems, signal flow, and media technology.

Basic understanding of video and audio signal types (SDI, AES, MADI, IP) and associated equipment.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and operating systems (Windows/Linux/MacOS).

Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn on the job.

Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.

Flexibility to work occasional shifts, weekends, or travel as project demands require.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
