We're expanding our installation team and looking for a

Junior Smart Home & AV Installer

who's hands-on, curious about technology, and ready to learn a growing trade in the smart home and audiovisual industry.

The Role

You'll assist our senior engineers on site installing smart home, audio-visual, lighting, and networking systems across residential and commercial projects in the North East.

This is a practical, fast-learning role -- ideal if you're technically minded and want to build a career in modern home technology integration.

Main duties:

Help install Control4, multiroom audio, lighting, and network systems Support with cable management, device mounting, and system testing Maintain tidy tools, vans, and workspace Travel between job sites during the day (paid travel time) Learn to diagnose faults and assist with system maintenance Follow safety procedures and high installation standards

What We're Looking For

Genuine interest in technology, home automation, or AV systems A proactive and reliable approach to work Good attention to detail and pride in presentation Confident using basic hand and power tools Full UK driving licence preferred (or working towards it) Based near Newcastle upon Tyne
