//JOB DESCRIPTION
As a small and dynamic company, this role wears many hats and offers plenty of variety. We're looking for a Photo Studio Assistant & Junior Social Media Manager who can support both the admin for the creative flow of our photography studio and the ongoing growth of our social media presence.
You'll be an integral part of our close-knit team - working side by side with Photographers, Production Managers, and our Social Media Manager. From helping on set, keeping the studio tidy to posting on socials and writing blog content, no two days will be the same. We're a busy, collaborative studio, and we're looking for someone who's just as passionate and adaptable as we are.
//KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Studio Support
& Admin
Maintain a clean, organised studio environment
Manage prop storage and stock room
Fetching props and supplies
Assist photographers during shoots (including hand modelling or general modelling if needed)
Help with food and drink styling
Host clients - coffee, snacks and good vibes!
2.
Social Media
& Marketing (Junior to start with)
Assist the Social Media Manager with day-to-day tasks
After training, take on the responsibility of managing client accounts and drive client social success
Post on Instagram stories daily and assist with posting on other social platforms
Write blog content for the website and LinkedIn
Support the development of social content
//WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You're highly organised, digitally savvy and great with people. You don't mind switching between admin tasks, creative support, and social media. You're proactive, enthusiastic, and always ready to pitch in wherever needed. If you're a team player with a love for food, drink, and photography - this could be the perfect fit.
//ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Knowledgeable and experienced in posting on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Portfolio of video creation and photography (can be UGC style)
High computer literacy
Fluent in English, with excellent writing and communication skills
Positive, proactive attitude and strong team spirit
Full UK driving licence and access to a car (useful for prop sourcing or travel to location shoots)
//DESIRABLE SKILLS
Experience with Google Suite and Canva
Professional experience in marketing or social media
A good visual eye
Interest in photography, food, and drink
Willingness to appear on camera when needed
Food styling or cooking experience
Able to travel for shoots, on rare occasion with overnight stay
