We're looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive
Personal Assistant / Social Media Manager
to join our team and support the day-to-day running of the business, while growing our digital presence across platforms.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and can seamlessly switch between admin tasks and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diary scheduling, appointments, and daily admin tasks
- Handle emails, calls, and personal errands with discretion and efficiency
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.)
- Monitor analytics and suggest content strategy improvements
- Assist with events, campaigns, launches, and collaborations
- Be the right-hand support to the directors - proactive, reliable and solution-focused
You'll Need To Have:
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
? Excellent organisational and time management skills
? A creative eye for design, reels, and trends
? Confidence using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms
? A can-do attitude and ability to take initiative
