THE ROLE

As a Junior Sommelier, you will support our wine experts in the hotel responsible for helping us to create, update and deliver wine service. You should uphold the highest standards and ensure the guest experience is in line with the Nobu Hotel London Portman Square standards. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:


Creating, maintaining and updating the wine list in coordination with the culinary and Food and Beverage management teams Recommending food and wine pairings for our all of our guests under the direction of our Sommeliers Managing wine cellar and ensure it's fully-stocked including the correct storage To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams
