Role Overview

We're seeking a passionate and motivated

Junior Sous Chef

to join our talented kitchen brigade. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced

Chef de Partie

looking to take the next step in their career, working in a fresh-food environment where quality and creativity matter.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen. Assist in menu development, food preparation, and service. Ensure all dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard. Supervise junior team members and support training where needed. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. Help manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction. Contribute to a positive, professional, and efficient kitchen culture.

About You

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a quality kitchen. Passionate about fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. Strong organisational and communication skills. Able to work calmly under pressure and lead by example. A team player with a genuine enthusiasm for great food. Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
