to join its dedicated culinary team.

The Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading day-to-day kitchen operations. You'll help oversee food preparation, manage sections during service, and contribute to menu development, ensuring that every dish meets the Club's renowned standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs during service. Leading by example in maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Contributing to menu planning, costing, and the development of daily specials. Ensuring consistent adherence to HACCP and food safety regulations. Assisting with stock control, ordering, and waste management. Promoting a positive, collaborative, and professional kitchen culture.

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie in a premium hospitality environment. Strong leadership and organisational skills with a calm, confident approach under pressure. Deep understanding of classic and modern cookery techniques. Passionate about quality, flavour, and presentation. Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate; Level 3 desirable. A team player committed to mentoring and motivating others.
