What you'll do

Assist in food preparation and cooking, following established recipes and standards Support menu planning and inventory management to ensure efficient kitchen operations Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality dishes in a timely manner Maintain food safety and hygiene standards throughout all kitchen processes Participate in catering events, providing excellent service and support during banquets Help manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling waste Engage in shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between team members Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff, fostering a positive team environment

Basic qualifications

Must have experience in food handling and preparation within a culinary or restaurant setting

Preferred qualifications

Banquet experience or catering knowledge Supervising experience with a focus on team management Familiarity with dietary department operations and fine dining standards Strong organizational skills for effective inventory control and menu planning Passion for cooking and hospitality with a commitment to food safety
