What you'll do



Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently Support menu planning by contributing creative ideas and seasonal suggestions Help manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and effective shift management Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures at all times Engage with guests during service to provide an exceptional dining experience Participate in catering events, showcasing your skills in a fine dining setting Contribute to team management efforts by mentoring new staff members and fostering a positive work environment

Basic qualifications



Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices

Preferred qualifications



Previous banquet or catering experience Familiarity with dietary department operations and menu planning Leadership skills demonstrated through supervising or team management roles Culinary education or relevant certifications in food service management
