Responsibilities:

Bring your culinary prowess to the forefront as you assist in the preparation and delivery of delectable dishes during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Work seamlessly within our dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, supporting your colleagues and ensuring smooth operations during high-pressure moments. Showcase your leadership abilities by supervising and motivating a small team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Take charge of monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory assessments, and placing orders as needed to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring that each dish meets our exacting standards. Utilise strong communication skills to liaise effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other departments, while also maintaining impeccable organisational systems in your designated section.

What you Need:

Previous experience in a similar culinary role, with a track record of success in high-pressure kitchen environments. A genuine love for food and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
