Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Junior Sous to join our team in . In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and lead our culinary team to deliver an outstanding dining experience. This position plays a vital part in maintaining our restaurant's vibrant atmosphere and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and high standards. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining quality and consistency. Manage and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service. Assist in training new team members and developing existing staff. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Uphold the restaurant's reputation for authentic Spanish cuisine through attention to detail.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant setting. Strong food production and culinary skills. Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
