Job Description
Junior Sous Chef required to assist Head Chef in all aspects of running a busy kitchen.
Food preparation & service.
Some food handling experience required. A passion for hospitality and eye for detail essential.
Would suit student looking for first job in the industry.
Season starts end of March to end of October. Contract may be renewed after October.
Live in accommodation provided.
