1440Sports is a full-service motorsport sports marketing agency working across premium platforms including F1, Formula E, NASCAR, and IndyCar. Additionally we represent the world-renowned Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. As part of the 1440Sports team you will work in a fast-paced, high growth and fun culture focused on our work with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra where you will be part of the burgeoning enterprise sales and commercial function. A fantastic opportunity for a junior sales executive to join our team focused on selling sponsorships for the one of the greatest cultural and musical institutions globally. You will play a pivotal role in building our commercial pipeline.

Core Responsibilities:



Proactively using outbound cold calling (75-100 x Daily Calls) to introduce various RPO sponsorship opportunities Taking a strategic approach to nurturing and developing new business pipeline Use Salesforce to ensure all new prospects and opportunities are uploaded correctly with full details Generate lead lists of appropriate businesses to approach Achieve all monthly and annual targets as assigned Maintain complete knowledge of property offerings to maximise opportunities and benefit to client's needs Develop and maintain a broader industry and general economic knowledge Record relevant information resulting from calls made to prospects/customers by updating system tools/databases and managing sales pipeline

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally Attention to detail and an ability to think critically are crucial Uses initiative to thrive under pressure and adept at meeting challenging targets Able to organise and schedule activities and effectively manage time Strong interpersonal skills The ability and desire to sell but with client needs and goals at forefront A high degree of self-motivation and ambition The skills to work both independently and as part of a team An understanding of the benefits of sponsorship to both B2C and B2B enterprises

Additionally, retail clothing, footwear and other in-store sales does not count as sales experience so please adjust when answering your qualification questions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
