• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business processes.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Optimize resource allocation, such as staffing and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational performance.
• Manage different workstreams.
• Knowledge of agile methodology
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance quality.
• Handle budgeting and financial management for the operations department.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operational activities with organizational goals.
• Event management like boot camps, trainings, lunch and learn etc\xe2\x80\x99
