The role will act as a Functional SME, advising the business and taking overall accountability of technology service delivery within their functional domain.

Key Responsibilities of a Technology Operations Lead:

• Lead with flair and provide functional expertise to align business strategy with technology capabilities.
• Bring your creativity to recommend game-changing functional designs for our clients.
• Collaborate with our Technical Team and dazzle them with your business insights.
• Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on S4 Hana Cloud - Professional Services.
• Drive projects from concept to reality and make an impact on customer implementations.
• Be the champion for process improvements and unleash your skills in R2R, Order to Cash, Invoicing, and Billing.
• Collaborate with tech-savvy SMEs for mind-blowing technology transformations.
• Lead the way with budgets, people, and performance in the Ops team.
• Unravel the mysteries of incidents and be the go-to person for technical issues.
• Showcase your expertise in governance forums and set the standards for process metrics.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience of a Technology Operations Lead:

• Command Travel & Expense Concur integration, Profit Center Accounting (PCA), PS, AR, AP, AA, and GL mapping.
• Bring your enthusiasm for SAP R2R with parallel accounting in Classic, NEW GENERAL LEDGER & S/4 HANA.
• Take the spotlight with your prowess in Order to Cash process flow.
• Experience in design, configuration, and quality assurance skills.
• Knowledge of Finance-driven HR business processes within SAP ECC & SAP Successfactors (bonus).
