We're growing quickly and are looking for a Junior Support Specialist to join our dynamic and customer-focused support team.
Job Summary:
As a Junior Support Specialist, you'll be the first line of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and navigate our ticketing platform. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, a great communicator, and excited to grow in the software support space.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer support requests via Freshdesk, email and chat
Troubleshoot issues related to ticketing, reporting, event setup, and user access
Document common issues and solutions to help build our internal knowledge base
Escalate complex technical issues to senior support or development teams when necessary
Assist with onboarding new clients by guiding them through basic product setup
Provide feedback to the product and development teams based on customer interactions
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in customer service or tech support (internships or part-time roles welcome)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with technical tools and software platforms (CRM, ticketing systems, etc.)
Ability to learn quickly and explain technical concepts in simple terms
Detail-oriented and organised, with strong troubleshooting skills
Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have:
Experience with SaaS products or technical support systems
Familiarity with ticketing/event platforms
Basic understanding of HTML, JSON, APIs, or databases
