Responsibilities
Conduct land surveys using traditional methods and modern equipment to gather precise spatial data.
Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans using AutoCAD, CAD, and ArcGIS software.
Analyse survey data to ensure accuracy and consistency across project documentation.
Collaborate with construction teams and project managers to provide survey support throughout various phases of development.
Manage survey data efficiently, maintaining organised digital records for easy retrieval and reference.
Assist in the design and planning of land development projects by providing accurate topographical information.
Ensure all surveying activities comply with relevant legal standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience or qualification in land surveying or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, CAD software, and data management systems.
Strong understanding of land surveying techniques and construction processes.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and maps accurately.
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
