Role Overview

We are looking for a technically minded

Junior Systems Developer

to join our IT Team.

This role focuses on:

systems development

,

automation

, and

business system support and reporting

Key Responsibilities1. System Development & Automation

Develop tools, scripts, and automations using

Python / SQL / APIs

Support system integration between ERP, internal platforms, and reporting tools

Improve workflows and reduce manual processes through automation

2. ERP & Business Systems Support

Support ERP configuration, data validation, and system logic

Assist with system testing, UAT, and deployment

Work with IT and operations teams on system enhancements

Maintain essential system documentation and process records

4. Reporting & Data

Maintain structured datasets for operational and management reporting

Support dashboards and internal reports

5. Digital Operations & Project Support

Support product data alignment between ERP and website

Assist in IT and system-related projects as a technical contributor

Provide system-side support to web and digital initiatives

Required Skills & ProfileMust-have

Strong

logical thinking

and problem-solving ability

Programming or scripting skills

(Python, SQL, JavaScript, etc.)

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Interest in

systems, automation, and business technology

Good organizational skills and ability to manage technical tasks independently

Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment

Nice-to-have (not required)

Experience with ERP or business systems

Advanced Microsoft Excel Sills using Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas

Knowledge of APIs or system integration

Previous experience in IT support or systems administration
