Location: Head Office, Mortimer | Full-time | Permanent
We are looking for a
Junior Talent Acquisition Administrator/Resourcer
to join our dynamic and collaborative resourcing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach who is looking to start or develop a career in recruitment.
Based full-time at our Head Office in Mortimer, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activity across the business. Working closely with our high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you will help deliver a positive candidate experience, ensure recruitment processes run smoothly behind the scenes, and support the development of strong talent pipelines in a competitive market.
If you are enthusiastic, well-organised, and keen to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.
What will the role involve?
You will be central to supporting the recruitment function and will:
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and target candidate profiles.
Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market-mapping techniques.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
Screen and assess candidates for initial suitability, motivation, and alignment with our values and culture.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Track and report on sourcing metrics, including pipeline health, candidate engagement, and time-to-fill.
Attend recruitment fairs and act as a proactive and positive representative of the team.
Meet and greet interview candidates, ensuring compliance documentation is completed accurately.
Work closely with the onboarding team to track offers, start dates, and pre-employment checks.
Support the posting of job adverts and ensure content aligns with brand and tone-of-voice guidelines.
Provide a responsive and professional service by working closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors and stakeholders across the business.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
We are seeking a well-organised, detail-focused administrator with a collaborative, can-do attitude. Ideally, you will have:
Previous administrative or HR support experience (recruitment experience is desirable but not essential).
Strong time management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence conducting screening calls.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Confidence using digital systems and a willingness to learn new tools (experience with an ATS is an advantage).
High levels of accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.
If you enjoy supporting others, thrive in a busy team environment, and are eager to grow your experience in recruitment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
