This is a newly created position designed to support our continued growth. The role combines first-line technical support with administrative and operational tasks--giving you a varied and engaging start to your career, with full training provided. No prior experience is necessary.
You'll be part of a small, supportive team working on bespoke smart home and luxury cinema installations. We offer continuous development, including the opportunity to gain industry-recognised certifications in AV, networking, and home automation--equipping you with real, career-building skills from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support:
Providing first-line support via phone, email, and remote access
Troubleshooting basic issues (WiFi, networking, audio-visual, and home automation systems)
Assisting engineers onsite with hands-on tasks (both under-construction and finished homes)
Escalating complex issues to senior staff
Administrative & Operations:
Answering calls and routing enquiries to the appropriate team member
Processing engineer job notes and following up on key actions
Assisting with stock management and processing returns (RMAs)
Preparing equipment for installations
Providing general administrative support to the team
Reviewing and checking over documentation
Helping onboard new projects by reviewing designs, updating diary schedules, and supporting internal coordination.
Requirements:
Ideally, candidates will be 21 or over due to company vehicle insurance requirements. However, we're happy to consider younger applicants if they can demonstrate strong skills, maturity, and a genuine interest in the role.
Full UK driving licence (clean)
Basic IT proficiency (GCSE or college-level IT is a plus)* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
