We are looking for a Junior Technical Sales Consultant to join the Strategic Account Success team. This hybrid role is based in Cardiff with and expectation of 50% office attendance each week.

The Strategic Account Success Team is made up of and has access to our most senior employees to ensure the highest possible level of technical and professional excellence and support is available whilst you conduct a technical implementation.
The team has successfully helped on-board many blue-chip clients with complex solution expectations in a variety of industries.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As part of a team based at the HQ of Creditsafe, the successful candidate would be required to work with enterprise-level clients globally to act as a subject matter expert for APIs, integrations and bespoke deliveries. This role involves extensive client interaction from pre-sale through to implementation sign-off, ensuring successful delivery of tailored solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and use cases.
Work with the Business Analyst to translate business needs into documented technical specifications for bespoke solutions.
Design, develop, test and release bespoke solutions to meet client expectations using technologies such as Python, Airflow and S3.
Provide pre-sale and post-sale support to clients.
Review existing implementations and make recommendations for improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Strategic Account Success team.
Travel may be required with this role but will be infrequent.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Demonstratable ability to write clean and efficient code
Knowledge of SOAP / RESTful APIs, SFTP file access systems and task automation platforms
A strong focus on constant learning and growth, seeking to elevate others alongside you.
A desire to grow your skills through daily technical challenges and an enjoyment of problem-solving, whiteboarding and collaboration.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain your views clearly to others and an openness to understanding theirs.
MS Office or equivalent (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access etc.).
A motivation to research and self-learn but also a willingness to ask questions when answers are not immediately apparent.
The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the business credit industry would be a benefit.
