We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Junior Technician to join our Production Department in Barry, Cardiff, and help us deliver safe, reliable, and technically excellent repair and overhaul services for our customers.

What you'll be doing


Assemble, disassemble, and test aircraft components to the highest standards. Clean and prepare components while maintaining a safe, tidy work environment. Complete relevant documentation accurately and on time. Use company computer systems for work transactions and compliance. Follow all Health, Safety, Fire, and Environmental policies. Maintain company quality standards at every stage. Support other tasks across the Production Department as needed.
What we're looking for


3 GCSE passes (Maths, English, Science) OR relevant NVQ/GNVQ/C&G in engineering with 1 year's vocational training. Strong hand skills for stripping, cleaning, repairing, and overhauling components. Basic test equipment experience (training provided if needed). Ability to interpret and apply maintenance data in a practical way. Computer literacy and a proactive approach to learning. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Soldering/de-soldering skills are an advantage.
