Provide support to Asta's DPS team and clients, assisting in the delivery of data quality and syndicate operational support across all managed syndicates and Asta.


The main focus is to ensure the timeliness, quality, and consistency of syndicate data for all Asta clients.

Key Responsibilities





Where applicable be a first line support for syndicate data capture as part of the 18-month partnering (post onboard)

Oversight of Policy Administration on behalf of in scope clients: Signed Premium v Written USM paid claims v SCM paid claims Review of Premium and claims Bordereau/treaty statements compared to PAS Review/production of OWRI QS Treaty Statements Signing queries Assist DPS with month-end processes including but not limited to USM and SCM resolution Outwards RI USM allocation Work Operations Assistant in organising and administering meetings including the Data Working Groups, Project meetings and Team meetings Review and follow up on syndicate Data exceptions Collating data and reports as required to support regular operational oversight of managed syndicates and internal functions Supporting the management, tracking and feedback of data quality issues to key stakeholders

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





Communication: Expresses ideas effectively and listens actively. Good interpersonal and written skills. Effective organisational skills and a proactive outlook in setting and prioritising work and meeting deadlines Flexibility: readily adapts to changing priorities and has the ability to work simultaneously on a variety of tasks Excellent level of numeracy and attention to detail Ability to work as an effective team member or as an individual, as circumstances dictate. Good working knowledge of MS Office (or similar) programs, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
