We are seeking a

Junior Technology Product Manager

to join our technology team in Wigan where you will be the link between business sponsors and stakeholders and the Technology team.


As part of the Technology Front Office team, you will become an expert in business systems and processes, recognising where technological solutions can help to optimise business processes.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of our Junior Technology Product Manager include;

Assist the TPMs in their responsibilities Ensure that solutions comply to the Definition of Done and SDLC Represent the business Sponsors and Stakeholders within the Technology environment. Facilitate clear communications in the Technology department Support the Business Systems Director on various projects/tasks as directed Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures and standards including but not exclusive to HR documents and H&S documents. Actively seek to gain knowledge of business processes and systems company- wide.

Our ideal Junior Technology Product Manager will have the following skills / experience;

Experience with the following software is desirable: road mapping tools, MS Office 365 applications, JIRA (desirable) A highly organised, customer focussed who understands the importance of service delivery Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal Confident, Adaptable, Resilient, Proactive, inquisitive and a team player. A passion for learning.
