Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams and clients to develop UX/UI designs from concept to delivery.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.
Translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions.
Develop style guides and support visual consistency across products.
Engage in design reviews and implement feedback.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
Either:
Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in
UI/UX Design
,
Digital Media
,
Interaction Design
, or a related field,
or
1-2 years of hands-on experience in a similar UX/UI design role.
A demonstrable portfolio--this can include coursework, personal projects, or professional work.
Proficiency in
Figma
or other design/wireframing tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch).
Strong visual design skills and an understanding of user-centered design principles.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and solve design problems creatively.
Familiarity with Agile or iterative development processes is a plus.
