Overview of the role





Due to a rapidly expanding client base we are looking for a motivated individual to support our FX Solutions Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in Financial Services Sales or FX Trading. The role itself will focus on maintaining client relationships and providing high quality customer service.

Responsibilities




Client Support:




Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Support the teams to create or process trades and/or payments as needed Maintain strong relationships with both clients and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Payment Management:




Accurately add and manage payment details for clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Liaise with compliance teams to address any account-related queries or issues promptly.

Phone & Communication Management:




Handle incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to appropriate departments. Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and external stakeholders via phone, email, and other platforms.

Lead Qualification & Promotion:




Qualify potential leads, gather necessary information, and assist in converting leads into clients. Promote the company's IFX payment services, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Reporting & Documentation:




Prepare and distribute regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders, including transaction summaries and market analysis. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.

Market Knowledge:




Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the IFX payments market. Provide insights and updates on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.



Requirements




Proven experience in sales support, administration, or client services, ideally in the financial services or IFX industry. Demonstrates enthusiasm, tenacity, and a proactive approach to work, with a willingness to grow, progress and succeed Approaches challenges with confidence and determination, focusing on solutions and driving success with a positive, goal-orientated attitude. Effectively manages time, priorities, and resources to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Develops and maintains strong professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust. Successfully manages multiple tasks, projects and responsibilities while maintain focus, flexibility, and composure. Ensures accuracy and thoroughness, in work, paying close attention to the finer details to maintain high-quality outcomes. Applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. A true team player with a winning mentality and strong work ethic committed to continuous improvement and high performance. Adaptable, tenacious and flexible who is able to perform under pressure.
