The Opportunity

We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in account management within an exciting tech-driven environment.

You'll work closely with our two Senior Account Managers, gaining hands-on experience in the automotive sector, while supporting key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Support Account Managers in managing relationships with automotive sector client Provide admin support including quote preparation and documentation Handle incoming client calls and email communications professionally Assist in the co-ordination of Sales orders Promoting the Rallye Digital brand within client meetings Maintain accurate client records / CRM Learn and develop account management skills under expert guidance

What We're Looking For

Adaptive, clear communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail A proactive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn Confident telephone manner and confidence with challenging conversations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Interest in technology and innovation Able and motivated to work alone but also to be able to collaborate and communicate with the wider team Previous administrative or customer service experience is desirable
