Here at innocent, we're on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we've gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe's biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It's nice to be able to say things like that but we're not patting ourselves on the back just yet. what you'll be doing
We're looking for someone amazing to join our UK&I Marketing team as our new Brand Manager . This role will be a great foundation role in Marketing, helping to support the Senior Brand Manager in delivering the Annual Brand Plans for UK&I alongside the wider European strategy. Whilst it is not essential to have formal marketing experience, a strong interest and passion for brands and consumer behaviour is a must!
Key responsibilities include:Supporting the Senior Brand Manager in developing and executing Annual Brand Plans based on Central European strategy e.g. lead the launch execution of some NPDs
Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns e.g media comms campaign, on pack activation, Big Knit
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and finance to ensure alignment and consistency in brand execution.
Monitor in-market performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives within their specific segment
Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Management of the budgets for their specific projects.
you'll have
You will be passionate about brands and have a keen interest in consumer behaviour
You will have strong communication and project management skills, with a proven track record of cross functional project management
You will be curious when it comes to consumer and shopper, understanding their attituded and behaviours
You will have a good grounding in analytics as well as commercial acumen
You will be results orientated and pro-active, with a strong sense of ownership and personal accountability for delivery, being value led.
You will be a creative thinker with problem solving skills and flexible to adapt plans when necessary.
