About Performance Bullet

Performance Bullet (formerly Caffeine Bullet) isn't just a sports nutrition company -- we're a performance movement.

We started with a single product that changed the game for endurance athletes: high-dose caffeine chews built for speed and simplicity. They've powered world records, Ironman podiums, and even landed us investment on BBC's Dragons' Den from Steven Bartlett and Peter Jones.

Now we're building a full range of smart, science-backed chews to fuel body and brain -- for runners, riders, founders, students, and anyone chasing their personal best.

The Project

We're looking for a

Videography Intern

to join us for

2-4 weeks

to create

high-performing video adverts for Amazon

.

This is a short, focused, hands-on role where you'll help us:

Concept Shoot Edit
scroll-stopping short-form video ads that convert on Amazon product pages and Amazon Ads placements.

You'll work closely with our founder and team to turn products, messaging, and energy into clear, punchy, performance-led video.

What You'll Do

Create short-form

Amazon video ads

(typically 15-45 seconds) optimised for conversion Shoot product-focused footage in our Peckham space (and occasional simple lifestyle shots) Edit multiple variations of ads to test hooks, pacing, captions, and CTAs Help translate brand energy into clean, clear, performance-driven visuals Learn what actually worksin paid performance video, not just social content
This is

not

a long-term social role, influencer shoot, or on-camera position -- it's about making ads that sell.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

Are a student, recent graduate, or early-career creative looking to build a strong portfolio Have videography and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) Understand (or are excited to learn) how short-form ads work on Amazon Can work fast, take feedback well, and iterate quickly Have an eye for pacing, clarity, and thumb-stopping hooks Are London-based and available in-person for the project
