We're looking for someone with a passion and talent for video production to join our Creative department as a Junior Videographer.

You'll help bring ideas to life through video, photography, and visual storytelling - from concept to post-production.



An ideal role for someone with hands-on experience producing video content, but who's keen to develop their broader creative and production skills.



You'll work on a wide range of projects, from short-form social content to behind-the-scenes shoots, with opportunities to develop your motion design skills.



Note:

We work from the office three days per week and are based near the Metro Centre in Gateshead.



The Role



You'll be responsible for:



# Filming and photographing a variety of content for marketing campaigns, case studies, internal communications, and social media.



# Operating cameras, lighting, and sound equipment, ensuring technical quality and creative value.



# Supporting larger productions including setting up shoots, assisting senior creatives, and managing equipment.



# Editing content for different platforms (e.g., website, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).



# Overseeing colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics where appropriate.



# Managing and organising media files, and maintaining asset libraries.



# Contributing to storyboarding, idea generation, and pre-production planning.

The Person



Ideally you'll have:



# Knowledge of media production, filming, lighting, editing, and storytelling for short-form content, gained through experience or qualifications.



# Experience filming and editing short-form video content, even if via personal or freelance projects.



# Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite.



# A strong eye for composition and detail in both photography and video.



# An organised approach, reliable and able to manage multiple deadlines.



# A strong growth mindset; passionate about growing your technical and creative skills.



# A friendly and collaborative approach, keen to contribute to a high performing team.



Any knowledge of animation and motion graphics is a bonus, however not essential, as training will be provided by senior creatives.
