The Role
As a Junior Waiter, you will:
Support senior floor staff with food running, clearing, and mise en place.
Learn the rhythm and etiquette of high-end service delivery.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of your section.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Refill water, clear plates, and ensure guests are cared for throughout.
Develop confidence and skills through ongoing on-the-job training.

About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture.
You will have:
A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude.
A willingness to learn and follow instructions precisely.
Polished personal presentation and communication skills.
Some previous hospitality or F&B experience (preferred, not essential).
Strong attention to detail and guest service potential.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and split shifts as required.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with setting and clearing tables during and after service.
Ensure cutlery, glassware, and service equipment are polished and ready.
Observe senior team members and follow service steps carefully.
Maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
Take direction during briefings and assist with section readiness.
Contribute to a calm, professional, and welcoming guest environment.
