Overview

We are seeking a skilled & experienced Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying back end applications and scripts to meet the day to day needs of the business.

This role requires a combination of programming skills and aesthetics to create API integrations and user-friendly web pages.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and re write legacy systems (Laravel, PHP & mySQL)

- Design and develop new systems for day to day business use

- Develop and maintain systems using front-end and back-end technologies

- Collaborate with 3rd party developers to produce solid platforms that can be relied upon for business critical systems

- Design and build API integrations to ensure our various 3rd party software systems communicate with each other

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Implement security features to protect websites from cyber threats

- Stay updated on emerging technologies in the web development industry

Skills

- Proven commercial experience prefered - please include details in your application

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end languages

- Experience with back-end languages such as Laravel, mySQL & PHP

- Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control

- Knowledge & experience of RESTful web services and APIs

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
