Hours: 7am - 5pm Monday - Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 7am - 12pm

We are looking for a Junior Workshop Manager to join our Accident Repair Centre in Bristol, Aztec West who has a passion for teamwork and productivity to support in leading a high-achieving Bodyshop. You will be trained on the job in all aspects of managing an accident repair centre. You will work efficiently in a modern fast-paced clean environment, collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight deadlines.
We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want you to be a part of it!
This role will include, but is not limited to:
Work alongside the management team ensuring daily repair target is achieved.
Ensure Halo's repair process is being adhered to.
Provide updates of repair stage of each vehicle as required.
Manage stock levels and order parts required.
Uphold Halo standards including cleanliness.
Reporting to the Senior Bodyshop Manager at all times.
What are we looking for?
Some experience in an Accident Repair setting.
A passion for teamwork and productivity to lead a high-achieving Bodyshop.
A proactive approach, staying one step ahead.
A good level of IT on computer and smart phone usage.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised with a keen eye for detail.
A full Driving Licence.
