Role Overview
As our Graduate Graphic Designer
, you'll:
Work
in the office 5 days a week
Collaborating directly with the Account Management team on briefs
Work on new product development concepts, social media and retailer advertisements, retailer point of sale, presentations, printed materials and many more.
Assist senior designers and account leads in turning concepts into execution
Pitch into ideas, participate in brainstorms, and help evolve creative thinking and innovation
Stay on top of design and brand trends -- especially in the food & drink sector
Who We're Looking For
You might be a good fit if:
You hold (or are about to complete) a degree in Graphic Design or related field
You have a portfolio showcasing your best work (student / personal projects are welcome)
You're comfortable working in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment
A key team player, with attention to detail and strong communication skills
You're eager to learn, welcome feedback, and take initiative
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual composition across print and digital
Bonus skills: basic motion/animation (After Effects), 3D software (eg Sketch Up) or packaging experience
No prior agency or industry experience is required -- we want someone with raw talent, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
