The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, demonstrating the ability to engage and inspire students. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the physical and personal development of all participants. This will be for an afterschool club, in a primary school based in
London SW9.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Provide instruction in various sports or educational subjects, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
Organise and supervise practice sessions, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance programme offerings and share best practices.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
Experience
Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching is essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students of all ages.
A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Relevant qualifications in coaching or education would be advantageous but not mandatory. Join us in making a difference through education and sport!
