Key Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:
Assist in the pre-opening phase including preparing the FOH areas, greeting and signing in guests. Feedback any comments to the FOH Manager to help develop policies and procedures.
Support the Duty and Front of House Manager with day-to-day operations including tidying and cleaning the FOH areas completing equipment checks and setup and packing down the venue after events.
Ensure safety standards and procedures such as issuing and fitting equipment and checking for loose items are followed throughout the FOH customer journey.
Ensure cash handling and credit card handling procedures are followed.
Carry out the routine activities of a FOH Assistant e.g. greeting guests, sign-on, issuing safety equipment and upselling merchandise and experience products.
Assist the merchandise and catering teams where required.
Customer Experience:
Assist in the delivery of unforgettable experiences from arrival through to post-event feedback.
Maintain exceptional service standards, addressing customer concerns swiftly and professionally.
Drive upsell opportunities (such as helmet cameras and racing gloves), back-to-back opportunities and the wider Silverstone offerings (Escapade, Museum, Tours, etc)
Safety and Sustainability:
Assisting the daily inspections of the FOH areas and equipment.
Enforce safety protocols, collaborating with internal teams to adhere to rigorous industry standards and best practices.
