We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves working closely with various animals, ensuring their well-being, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Duties



Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, grooming, and exercising dogs and cats. Clean and maintain kennels, ensuring a hygienic environment for all animals. Monitor the health and behaviour of animals, reporting any concerns to management Handle heavy lifting of supplies and equipment as needed. Maintain accurate records of animal care and client interactions.

Requirements

Strong background in animal care with a genuine love for pets. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as part of daily responsibilities. A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
