Job Title: Kennel Assistant

Job Overview:

Join our team as a Kennel Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our furry guests. This position involves providing care, attention, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for the animals in our kennel.

Responsibilities:

Feed, exercise, and provide basic care for dogs and other animals in the kennel.

Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to the supervisor.

Clean and sanitize kennel spaces, ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment.

Interact positively with animals, providing playtime and socialization.

Follow established protocols for administering medications and special care instructions.

Support the team in various tasks to ensure smooth kennel operations.

Requirements:

Passion for working with animals and a genuine love for their well-being.

Previous experience in animal care is a plus but not required.

Physical ability to handle and lift animals of various sizes.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene standards.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Over 18 years of age

Own transport required due to location
