THIS IS A FAST-PACED, HIGH ENERGY, DEMANDING ROLE THAT REQUIRES ACCURACY AND MULTITASKING

THE ROLE:

We are looking for true dog lovers to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring our high standards of customer service and animal welfare are met at all times. Your excellent communication skills will be fully utilised as you will be dealing with customers and their pets on a daily basis. You will need to be confident with dogs of all shapes and sizes. You will be happy to help other team members / Students with difficult dogs . The maintaining of accommodation is essential and a large part of the role is cleaning. Routine is key and you must be able to be follow written and verbal instructions. You will be involved in ensuring our admin procedures are followed . You will be a key support for the management team and have a proactive approach to any projects or developments in the company. You will help with the administration of managing the daily running of the kennels. Shifts are set between the hours of 8am-1pm and 3pm-6pm
ABOUT YOU:

You will have a minimum Level 2 OFQUAL qualification in a dog related subject. Experience is not essential but you MUST be qualified. You must be reliable and punctual. You'll be commercially aware and understand the importance of offering a high standard of service. You'll have a proven track record of delivering high standards in all aspects of your roles. You'll be a people person, have a real passion for pets as well as being a great team player. You'll be hungry to be part of a successful team and proactive in your approach to the role. You will not mind working in all weathers You will be able to work accurately AND efficiently You will be able to multitask and remember crucial details
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Minimum 20 hours a week across 5 days, including weekend work. National minimum wage (From April 2025): 21 and over = 12.21, 18 to 20 = 10.00, under 18 = 7.55 Paid holidays accrued. Free car parking. A forward thinking, growing business with people and pets at its heart. A small work-team
