We're seeking a dynamic and driven Key Account Executive to join our Business Development and Employability team. If you thrive on building meaningful relationships, have a strong business acumen, and are passionate about helping employers and learners succeed-this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
You'll be a confident communicator and persuasive presenter, able to engage with employers across a range of sectors to identify training needs and deliver tailored solutions. With a strong understanding of apprenticeship and employability programmes, you'll play a key role in generating new business, managing employer accounts, and supporting learners into meaningful placements.
A background in sales or marketing is a bonus, but your enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to build trust with employers will be key to success.
Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
