Join Localist - The Food Merchant, a unique virtual marketplace connecting local food producers with major retailers and foodservice customers. We're looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to support our larger suppliers on a temporary basis. This field-based role offers a salary of
55,000 pro rata
, working
37.5 hours per week
, with
20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata)
. You'll need a full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle - mileage is reimbursed.

This is a remote based role so you can live anywhere in the UK
What you'll be doing
As a Key Account Manager, you'll onboard structured, well-established suppliers into Localist, ensuring service excellence throughout. You'll lead professional online meetings, manage inbound enquiries with support from our internal team, and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across both businesses.
You'll also:
Establish clear ways of working between Localist and supplier teams
Collaborate with internal departments including Finance, Sales, and Operations
Support supplier engagement and ensure smooth onboarding
