And now, as we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we're looking for dedicated
Account Managers
to help strengthen our relationships and support even more dental partners across the country.
The Role
This role is all about
building genuine relationships
with our dental partners - supporting them, guiding them, and helping them succeed with our dental products.
You'll act as the bridge between our lab and the dental practices we serve, ensuring every dentist feels valued, supported, and excited to work with Swift and our products.
What You'll Be Doing
Connecting with dental practices
through regular check-ins and ongoing support
Sharing marketing offers, promotions, and training opportunities
Advising on our Swift Flex aligner system and promoting it as the preferred treatment solution
Onboarding
new Swift Flex partners and guiding them through setup
Driving growth
in average monthly spend per practice
Reactivating previous clients and strengthening existing relationships
About You
You
love people
and enjoy building long-term relationships
You're proactive, organised, and comfortable hitting targets
You have
B2B sales
, account management, or client-facing experience
Experience in dental, healthcare, or a clinical setting is a
plus
- but not required
You're
confident, clear, and professional
in both spoken and written communication
