We're looking for a Key Account Manager to help deliver operational excellence across a major UK retail portfolio.


Working alongside the Head of Retail and Compliance, you'll ensure all KPIs and SLAs are met for hard and project services, while driving continuous improvement and compliance across all sites and systems.

As Key Account Manager, you'll lead the delivery of both planned and reactive services across our client's branch network, ensuring business continuity and a seamless customer experience at all times.


You'll also focus on strengthening client relationships, hitting financial and operational targets, and maintaining top-tier HSEQ performance.


Leading a team of both in-house and subcontracted experts, you'll create a culture of high performance and service excellence.


Key Responsibilities




Proactively chase and manage outstanding jobs to ensure timely completion Ensure KPI targets are consistently met or exceeded Handle escalations swiftly and professionally Organise and coordinate out-of-hours works Provide support across technical projects and initiatives Monitor finances and support budget tracking Collaborate closely with KAN Managers to support operational delivery Own core processes and data that underpin technical service delivery across the account

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications




Strong FM experience, ideally gained in a large, fast-paced organisation Familiarity with Hard FM operations and terminology Ability to work efficiently within structured processes Experience supporting banking or retail clients is advantageous FM-related qualifications are desirable Engineering qualifications not required Proven ability to manage data and support technical delivery functions
