We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand the company's market share.
Lead negotiations and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the organisation.
Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver tailored solutions.
Utilise CRM system to track account activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.
Experience
Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 3 years' experience in account management or a similar role.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive strategic initiatives.
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to clients and internal teams.
Knowledge of industry-specific trends and market dynamics is advantageous.
